At ISHUE, each piece is created once your order is placed - with intention and care, made uniquely for you. The details below outline our timelines and policies for guidance.

DOMESTIC (INDIA)

Each made-to-order piece is dispatched from our atelier within 5-8 business days and typically delivered within 2-5 business days thereafter. Delivery across India is complimentary.

INTERNATIONAL

Each made-to-order piece is dispatched from our atelier within 5-8 business days and typically delivered within 5-10 business days thereafter. Shipping charges may be confirmed post-purchase. Custom duties, import taxes, and any applicable clearance or handling fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

As your piece makes its way from our atelier, you will receive an email to follow its journey to you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately - we will try our best to update the address, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in progress. ISHUE cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are considered final once placed. However, if you've chosen an incorrect size or need to make a change, please contact us within the same day - we will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
