EXCHANGE POLICY

At ISHUE, each piece is crafted in our atelier through a considered, made-to-order process. For this reason, we do not accept returns ; however, we offer size exchanges to ensure your garment fits just right.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES (INDIA)

Exchanges are offered for size only. If you'd like to request one, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment - sharing your order number, preferred size, and supporting photos.

Once approved, we ask that the piece be returned in its original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment, ensuring it reaches our atelier within 14 days of receving the order.

Any garment returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted, and it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange its collection from our atelier.

for a seamless process, we recommend using a trusted courier service. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and ISHUE cannot assume liability for transit delays, loss, or damage.

After your piece arrives at our atelier and undergoes a careful review, your replacement size will be crafted and dispatched once ready - subject to fabric and style availability.

In the rare event of unavailability, a considered alternative will be arranged.

Customized pieces and items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are limited to one per order, and all exchanges are subject to the discretion of ISHUE.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered for size only. If you'd like to request one, pleas notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment - sharing your order number, preferred size, and supporting photos. 

Once approved, we ask that the piece be returned in its original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to India, clearly marked as a "return to origin" - within 14 days of approval. We understand that international transit timelines may vary and recommend sharing proof of dispatch as soon as the shipment is initiated.

Any garment returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be held at our atelier for customer collection.

All associated costs - including shipping, courier fees, custom duties, taxes, and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

After your garment reaches our atelier and undergoes a careful review, your replacement size will be crafted and dispatched once ready - subject to fabric and style availability. In the rare event of unavailability, a considered alternative will be arranged.

The cost of shipping the replacement will be invoiced separately and must be settled before dispatch. If the payment for reshipping is not completed within 10 days of the return being received by us, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issue instead.

Custom pieces and items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are limited to one per order, and all exchanges are subject to the discretion of ISHUE.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Each ISHUE piece is carefully inspected before leaving our atelier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the same day of delivery with your order number, support photos, and a brief note.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged by us. The garment must remain unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.

After the piece reaches our atelier and has been carefully reviewed, a replacement will be dispatched. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit valid for 12 months will be provided.

Please note that all resolutions are offered at the discretion of ISHUE, following a careful review of each case.
